These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Numeranto application (the "App") provided by Fancygames Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App

Numeranto is a language learning tool that helps you practice understanding spoken numbers in 16 languages. The App is available on iOS devices through the Apple App Store.

Who Can Use the App

The App is designed for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. The App is rated 4+ on the App Store, but the content is designed for adult language learners, not children.

Your Account

Numeranto does not require an account to use. Your practice data is stored locally on your device. If you subscribe to Premium, your subscription is managed through your Apple ID.

Subscriptions

Free and Premium tiers

The App offers a free tier with limited languages and practice modes. Premium unlocks all 16 languages, all practice modes, and progress tracking.

Subscription plans

Premium is available as a weekly, monthly, or annual subscription. Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.

Billing

All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). After cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

Free trials

We may offer free trial periods. If you start a free trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices. Apple will notify you of any price increases and require your consent before the new price takes effect.

Intellectual Property

The App and all its content — including text, graphics, audio, software, and trademarks — are owned by Fancygames Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback into the App without obligation to you.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs. Numeranto is a practice tool, not a substitute for formal language instruction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fancygames Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
